Viet Duc Garment Company, Xuan Loc branch, has more than 1,000 workers, mainly local workers, of which over 15% are ethnic minorities in the area. Currently, the unit has also fully implemented policies on salary and bonuses for employees. The company's highest bonus is 21 million VND/person, the lowest is 6.5 million VND. The representative of the Company's Board of Directors said that from around October 2024, the unit has received many garment orders for export to markets such as the US, Europe and other markets in large quantities. Therefore, after Tet, in addition to stabilizing the existing labor force, the unit will recruit about 250 more workers.
